Can anyone sell their unwanted designer items with Revoir?
Absolutely! We invite anyone with preloved designer clothing, shoes, handbags and accessories to use revoir.com.au to sell their items. Simply request a consignment kit to get started. Our consignment kits are free of charge and outline instructions, along with our quality guidelines and accepted designers. If your item meets the requirements, simply return the consignment kit with your item to us for free and let us handle the rest. You can find out more about our Consignment Service here.
I'm worried about sending my valuable items by mail? What if they go missing?
Our free consignment kits come with a pre-paid return label which we can track through Australia Post. While the goods are in transit Revoir does not insure the contents but you can opt to have your items insured when you go to the Post Office to drop the box off. Revoir cannot take responsibility for items until they are in our care, on our premises.
Can I set the price my designer items are sold for?
Our team of experts personally inspect each individual item before it is listed on our website. We carefully consider the condition of the piece, the cost as new as well as current market demand and our own proprietary pricing algorithm. We will always seek your agreement to the recommended list price before we put the item online. If you want to get an idea of the sort of price your designer item might fetch on Revoir you can request an estimate first.
How long will it take to sell my items?
Many items are snapped up within days, but some luxury pieces take longer. It's important to consider the garment you are selling and which season it will best suit. Selling designer coats and jackets in summer may take longer to attract the right buyer. We recommend giving your items at least six months to sell. Designer fashion is a carefully considered and long-term investment for most of us. Revoir continually promote all items via our website, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter.
How much does it cost and can I get my money upfront?
Revoir offers a high-quality service that attracts premium buyers. The cost for our Consignment Service (where you get your share after the item is sold) is 20% of the selling price plus a $50 handling fee. We sometimes buy selected new and as-new bags and shoes by the very top designers directly from sellers. You can ask to be considered for Priority Sale when you get your consignment kit but remember this it entirely at Revoir’s discretion. The cost for Priority Sale is 50% of the list price plus a $50 handling fee.

What if I change my mind and want my items returned?
No problem at all. You can withdraw your item from sale at any time and have them returned to you or donated to one of our charities. We always have items on sale on our website and this can be the time to discuss a price adjustment to attract renewed interest in your designer items. Your items are always yours until they sell, giving you complete control of the process.
