When I buy on, what condition will my items be in?

Revoir only ever lists pieces that are in great, excellent or as new condition. We insist that all clothes are dry cleaned and do not accept items that are damaged or daggy.  We personally screen every item to make sure it’s up to the standards our customers expect from high-end fashion. You’ll always receive clean, superior quality pieces in great condition- no exception. 

How do I know my item is the real thing?

Our rigorous quality control and authentication process separates our service from competitors. We vet all new items as they arrive and where necessary get a second opinion from an external, professional authenticator.  Our reputation depends on our items being genuine and authentic so we do not compromise and always reject fakes and copies.  Our customers are 100% assured they are investing in genuine luxury clothes, shoes, handbags and accessories. 

What if I have a question about an item?

Ask away! We pride ourselves on our level of customer service and support. If you have any questions regarding fit or size guidelines, descriptions, designers, dimensions or condition, simply fill out the enquiry form found on every product page or get in touch via our Contact Us form. Your query will be answered promptly by one of our team members in Sydney. You will receive personal service from the people that know the products best. 

Can you let me know when my favourite item comes in?

We’d love to!  You can sign up to be alerted as soon as that special item you have always wanted comes in.  Start by creating an account (or sign in if you have one) then click on to ‘Alerts’ and select the dropdown menu for designer, item, colour and size. You can set up as many alerts as you like, so you’ll never miss out on an item you’ve been waiting for. We love to make it easy for our customers to shop for what they want. 

How can I pay for my items?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Amex, along with PayPal.   More and more people are choosing to enjoy now and pay in instalments using ZipPay or Afterpay.  These buy now, pay later options are fantastic when you have almost run out of credit and looking at items up to $1,000.  Take advantage of our buy now, pay later options to secure your designer item sooner. 

Why can't I finalise my Afterpay or ZipPay purchase?

It all depends on the purchase limit that Afterpay and ZipPay have set for you. ZipPay will give you a limit of $250, $500 or $1000 depending upon their risk assessment. Afterpay has a default limit of $1,500 but can go as high as $2,000. If you're receiving an error message stating your payment cannot be finalised, log in to your Afterpay or Zippay accounts to check your balance before proceeding.   Choose designer items that are less than the limit set for you by Afterpay and ZipPay to get the most from these buy now, pay later options.

Can I return my item if I'm not happy with it?

Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase provided the item is in the original packaging and with the Revoir tag still attached.  We will give you a full refund straight away (if Revoir owned the item) or after the item has been resold (if it belonged to someone else). You can find out more about buying, shipping and returns here.  Get a full refund or relist for free if you are not happy with your designer item.
