Spring has definitely sprung! We witnessed fabulous new season fashion on the recent runways of Melbourne Spring Fashion Week, and the warmer weather is a great excuse to update your wardrobe.
We’re especially loving these key trends for the season:
Florals
From crocheted lace impressions to wallpaper inspired bold prints, and even 3D detailing. Flower power was seen across the runways and the fashionable guests alike. Floral prints are perfect for spring, and you can make your nod to this trend as subtle or as loud as you like!
Posh prints
Runways upped the glamour with posh prints seen on slinky silhouettes, flowing dresses and feminine separates. Even menswear got into the action!
Embellishments
Tassels, adornments and smatterings of gold and metallic could be seen across shoes and clothing alike. We love the pairing of metallic shoes with a suited down outfit to give a bit of edge.
From spring dresses to structured jackets or relaxed pants, incorporating these key trends can be as dramatic or as minimal as you dare. Metallic embellishments on a great pair of shoes, or a bold scarf are easy ways to work a new trend into your established wardrobe, or dabble with a look that may be new for you.
