    Our returns policy differs depending if the product is owned and sold by Revoir, or whether the product is sold on the Revoir site by a site user.

    On all product pages, in the “Delivery & Returns” section, you can identify which type of product you want to purchase or have purchased. Contact us if you are not sure.


    Priority Sale and Revoir Product

    If the item is a Revoir product, then you can return the item within 30 days for a full refund as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging, with the Revoir tag still attached. Request a return shipping label in the ‘my order’ section of your account or contact us if you require assistance. 

    Consignment Service  / Consigned Product

    If the item is consigned or sold by a user of the site, then we cannot offer a return (since we did not own the item). However, we want to help as much as we can.

    As long as the item is in its original condition and packaging, with the Revoir tag still attached, you can return the item and we will list the item it for you, only charging for postage and handling, without taking any commission. You will receive funds of the sale price less postage and handling costs once it is sold. Contact us if you need further details.
